DIAS Board Shapes the 2025–2026 Strategy at Windshape Geneva

Yesterday, the DIAS board Giulia Biffi, Adrien Paillard, Guillaume Catry and Thomas Ingold with our General Secretary Bart Slagar came together at Windshape’s headquarters in Geneva for a highly productive strategy and action planning session. It was a real highlight to gather in person, share perspectives, and reflect on the significant progress we’ve made as an association over the past year.
The focus of the day was clear: how to evolve our strategy to ensure DIAS continues to deliver meaningful value for our members. Together, we refined the strategic focus for 2025–2026, agreed on four clear strategic pillars, and created action plans for each – complete with defined owners and KPIs to ensure accountability and measurable progress.
At the heart of it all, we aligned on a shared definition of success: driving tangible value for our membership community. The discussions were filled with positive energy, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose about shaping the future of Switzerland’s drone industry.
We would like to extend a warm thank you to Guillaume and the entire Windshape team for generously hosting us and providing the perfect environment for such an important session.
This is only the beginning. Stay tuned to hear more as we continue to put our strategy into action and launch new initiatives to strengthen Switzerland’s position as a global leader in drone innovation.
