Following the recent landslide in Blatten, Switzerland, DIAS member Drone Harmony powered an automated drone system at the heart of the site.

This advanced solution enabled safe, efficient, and continuous monitoring of the affected site — reducing risk for on-site teams, providing detailed damage assessments, and helping predict future hazards.

The operation highlights how Swiss innovation is shaping the future of disaster response and environmental monitoring, ensuring critical decisions are informed by accurate, real-time data while keeping human teams out of harm’s way.
